The Gloucester County Amateur Radio Foundation (GCARF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity affiliated with the Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club (GCARC). Its objectives are to promote and provide public service communications, research and education within the amateur radio community. The Foundation raises funds through individual and corporate contributions and grants and primarily provides funding for projects and functions at the GCARC clubhouse.

The Foundation was formed in 2021 by the members of the Skunkworks team and has been successful in raising funds for numerous projects including the clubhouse VHF station, supporting educational activities with the STEM program, funding educational and training projects for club members and others,
